This english-subtitled documentary examines why Russia's rhythmic gymnastics program has dominated the podium for over two decades, and what it takes for a girl to be a part of that tradition. Features all of the current top stars (missing the Averina twins, though). Very provocative and entertaining. 

Speaking of RG, Daria Dmitrieva (silver medalist at 2012 OG) gave birth to her first child yesterday morning. Congrats to the happy mother and her healthy baby boy! Also... what the hell, she just gave birth and looks red carpet ready. I know, I know, natural beauty blah blah blah but shouldn't you at least look, i dunno, tired? Lol #justdasha
