Members from the Russian junior men's team with much needed upgrades; this year did not see them achieve many impressive results internationally. In the video they practice straddled tkatchevs, front double pikes, and a range of twisting passes. There's more than that, actually, so go see for yourself. 

Lena and Nastia documented their trip to Japan for the Japan Junior International, where Lena won a bronze in the AA and Nastia won gold on UB.
