Keeping Tabs on Upgrades and D-scores

I wanted to create a list of d-scores that could indicate potential event finalists because some people are upgrading and it's important to understand where our Russians fare in all of this [wonderful] madness. I haven't watched all the PT videos for each nation so please bear in mind that the list gets upgraded as I go along. Also- so it's on record- gymnastike has the WORST video formatting and it constantly buffers and freezes, so if I'm missing an additional noteworthy gymnast from the nations included on each list pls just tell me in the comments. Oh, and the list is not in any numerical order. Let's begin:
